After enrolling in the MDM the Google Play Store is blank

When enrolling your device in an MDM, whether the Phones4Work MDM or any other MDM, there is a Google Account installed on your device that is associated with the MDM. When opening the Play Store the first time this will be the default account that is selected and only apps the MDM vendor has explicitly listed will show

To resolve this issue and see all the Google Play apps:
  1. Add your Google account to the device.
  2. After installing your Google Account, open the Play Store and tap the little round circle next to the search bar.
  3. Select your Google account.
  4. You should now have access to the full Google Play Store
